Attention Music Lovers – Historic Marijuana Themed Concert in Ripon, WI

As you may know, in addition to being the secretary and webmaster for Northern WI NORML, I (Jessie)  am also the treasurer and webmaster for the Friends of Jay Selthofner.

Jay (one of the founders of Northern WI NORML and our fearless leader) hopes to get elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in District 41 so that he can loudly champion the cause of marijuana law reform.

The Friends of Jay Selthofner are pleased to invite you to a private fundraiser concert for Jay on September 18th, 2010 at Classics Sports Bar in Ripon, Wisconsin (the birthplace of the Republican party, interestingly enough).  Jay has been working very hard to educate the public, as well as lawmakers and elected officials.  Now it’s time to have some fun! Reserve 2 wristbands and bring a friend to this historic marijuana-themed concert featuring 10 awesome bands!  This will also be a great chance to meet other Wisconsin Marijuana activists and enjoy some awesome 420-friendly music.

The concert will start at 4pm on September 18, 2010. It will be at Classics Sports Bar in Ripon, WI. There will be 10 hours of music by 10 bands of all different genres, so there is sure to be something for everyone!  Drink specials, food, and more available.
